Previously, serving Meridian Capital, Terry led commercial funding projects, including a $309M CMBS loan for a Chicago landmark property. Terry focuses on financial diversity, single and portfolio structures, crafting procedures for senior and subordinated debt, private equity, and variable-term operations for global development of companies in growth stages. Internationally, Terry mentored companies coming to the U.S. marketplace by consulting with manufacturing from textiles to watercraft clients. With marine manufacturing entities such as Canados Yachts of Italy, Terry redesigned vessels, seventy to one hundred-five feet, establishing strategies and performance goals for the company’s American client focus as international director of operations. Working with sales and distribution companies from Holland, Germany, Denmark, and Beijing, Shenzhen, and Zhuhai, China, Terry established financials and structured joint venture capital, and post roll-out standards for ensuring continued growth. This led, in 2015, to Terry’s role in the Economic Summit in Beijing and Changchun, by special invitation, for recognition of his consulting stature in China. Prior to this, Terry developed yacht dealerships, reaching the 4th largest global dealership, with more than twenty brokers and global sales of Luhrs / Mainship Terry founded an equestrian distribution network for North America, with two warehouses and twentyseven retail outlets. They are recognized for marketing and product positioning, with numerous awards and for the business model that endures, today. Terry’s marine engineering studies at Massachusetts Maritime Academy introduced him to Military Sealift Command, where he held secret clearances through DOD, and on initial voyages and commissioning of the USNS Pecos, and Coastal Tankers aboard Coastal Corpus Christie.
